Something With Numbers - WORTH FIGHTING FOR

Five Gosford music shop dwellers engineer their way up the ladder

Something With Numbers have won credentials with their album ‘Engineering The Soul’ debuting at number 20 on the ARIA charts. This hard working rock band is fast emerging, with their single ‘Stay With Me Bright Eyes’ featured on many of the music video channels such as Channel [V]. Currently touring on the back of new single ‘We’ll Fight’ Townsville will soon be treated to a live performance form the 5 piece from Gosford.

It seems it was only by chance that the band formed “…We all used to hang out at this guitar shop at East Gosford called East Gosford Music and we got together from seeing each other at the shop and sort of formed the band through there” said vocalist Jake Grigg.

For their third album ‘Engineering The Soul’ the band travelled to America where they worked with New York producer Tim O’Heir who has worked with band such as Dinosaur Jr. and All American Rejects.
