52 Flicks is a tight melodic 3 piece POP/PUNK/ELECTRONIC Band from Brisbane, Australia. The band formed in mid 2006 and have been climbing their way through the long list of local bands since then.They have played most of the Big clubs around town including Rosies, Club 299 and The Living Room. 52 Flicks has hosted their own all ages gigs and have supported acts at the well known Princess Theatre.They have recorded one demo ep ("52 Flicks") which was released mid 2008 and to date has sold over 250 copies.The band supported Falling Short on a North Queensland tour playing to 200+ crowds, winning over many new fans. 52 Flicks will be entering the studio December 1st 2008 to record a highly anticipated 2nd EP with Stuart Stuart (The Veronicas, Small Mercies). 52 Flicks play a blend of fast melodic pop punk with electronics in their 2nd EP!
